I have a confession - I used to be a Girl Scout until 5th grade. Not only was I a GS, but I was that annoying one who always sold over 1,000 boxes of cookies every year. I was the one that every other girl in the troop hated because I always sold so many. It also helped that I smiled sweetly at every single person on the military base that my dad was a recruiter on and asked with politeness. Anyway, I tell you all of that because that is when my obsession with GS cookies began and specifically Samoas (by the way, I was totally offended when they tried to rename them to caramel delights a few years back - LAME).
While I was on pinterest, I stumbled across a pin from Just a Taste and I honestly think my heart skipped a beat when I saw a recipe for homemade Samoas. Thanks you so much for this and for allowing me to access these whenever I have a craving for them.
Which GS cookies are your favorite?
Oh wow, these look amazing!! My daughter loved the episode on iCarly where they were selling Girl Scout cookies and was most disappointed that she doesn't get to do it in UK. Now I can make her some! Thank you :)
